LMA's client a Global IT Services business based in London, are currently looking to hire a Global Reward Director on a permanent basis. This role will require an experienced Reward Specialist with a strong track record in the design and delivery of total reward as well as providing robust due dilligence through M&A activities.

The Global Reward Director will be a core member of the Global team. Through recent acquisition, and planned future acquisions, the business are targeting huge growth over the next 2 years. As a result, the Global Reward Director will be responsible for transforming the total reward strategy which will include:

- The Development of a remuneration strategy that is in line with the business strategy

- Adaptation of the existing operating model globally

- Alignment of bonus schemes, job families, salary levels, sales incentives and benefits globally

- Implimentation of a grading and job evaluation process

- Supporting the Remuneration Committee, acting as a consultant and making proposals where needed.

To be successful, you will have a consistent track record in developing a greenfield environment, through investigation and devising a structure that assists the business in attracting, promoting and retaining employees. You will also have proven success in developing, designing, implementing and managing complex global reward programmes as well as designing sales compensation schemes and incentives plans.
