Are you looking for your next exciting compensation role? Leading Global Professional services organisation are looking for a Global Compensation Lead to join their reward and compensation team on a 6 month FTC
This is an exciting role were you are part of the team managing job evaluation, benchmarking and compensation structure design and shaping the compensation programs of the firm.
Your role and experience would include some of these aspects,
Develop analysis and presentation materials to be delivered to stakeholder and leadership teams to support priority projects within the Compensation team. Assist in the development of processes and frameworks for workflow management, ensuring timely resolution of queries and requests from offices globally. Contribute to assigned key initiatives across the range of areas covered by Global Compensation.
Job Evaluation and Benchmarking:
Develop the compensation reporting, analytics and dashboards resources for the wider teams Partner with Compensation Advisors and HR Partners to review, update and design salary ranges and structures. Work on Job Evaluation activities globally using the established evaluation methodology and market intelligence tools.
Your experience gained will be hands on with data modelling and analysis, presenting complex datasets, Salary reviews and working in a fast paced and changing environment.
You will have bachelor's degree, 4 years plus experience in a corporate environment, knowledge of reward with focus on benchmarking and compensation modelling, in-depth knowledge of different market benchmark surveys, experience with compensation and analytics systems, advance Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills,
