LMA Recruitment are partnering with a leading and multi-award winning global private equity firm who are currently recruiting for a bilingual (English and French speaking) HR Executive/HR Generalist professional to help build out their HR function in the UK.

This bilingual HR position is very diverse and responsibilities include:

Administering compensation and benefit plans
Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Conducting employee on-boarding and help plan training & development
Administering Payroll
Coordinating open enrolments, changes, and training for employee benefits programs
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of UK and European employment law and compliance requirements
Liaising with European offices
Implementing new HR systems and processes where applicable
The successful candidate will possess the following:
Bilingual (English and French) verbal and written communication
A minimum of 6+ years HR experience working in financial services or professional services environments
Exceptional communication and organisational skills
CIPD qualification or equivalent HR certification
