French speaking Customer Coordinator, £25,000 DOE

Wonderful opportunity to work for a global design company, specialising in surface materials for commercial clients. The company's head office is based in America and they have a small London office who support a busy sales team covering the EMEA region. This role will provide administration support to the sales team and involves order processing, liaising with international clients, booking travel, arranging client events and extensive CRM systems work. The successful candidate will be the linchpin of the office, supporting the field sales team and coordinating across all of the EMEA region.

Previous experience of working in a logistics, shipping or sales environment would be highly beneficial. This role works closely with hubs in Europe thus French language skills are essential and a further language highly beneficial. Previous CRM system experience is essential.

We are looking for a motivated self-starter, with excellent attention to detail and first class communication skills. The company will provide opportunities for international travel, including 2 weeks of training in America, as well as the opportunity to attend sales/ client meetings overseas.
