LMA Recruitment are pleased to be working with one of the UK's leading insurance services providers, who specialise within the property industry. The company is looking for a Field Manager to join their vibrant team of innovators.

Job Overview

The Field Manager is responsible for maintaining and achieving high levels of quality and technical performance within the team. They will deliver KPI's and business targets in order to improve business processes and procedures.

Job Scope

  • Deal to any Field related complaints
  • Ability to manage and communicate in team meetings and 1-2-1s
  • Build and develop a team aiming to achieve business targets
  • Work towards driving revenue, reducing costs and improving efficiencies

Functional Knowledge

  • Some experience as a Loss Adjuster is required
  • Management experience is preferable


  • Conscientious, hard working to achieve and exceed the required results, as well as flexible and adaptable during times of surge
  • Customer focus with a track record of delivering outstanding levels of service
  • Previous experience in property claims
  • Strong communications skills
