Our client, a global ICT business, based in the City are seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to provide support to the CEO and other executives of the business. Duties performed require considerable confidentiality, initiative, tact and mature and independent judgement.

The ideal candidate will be proactive with excellent communication and organisational skills and must have experience support at board level.

  • Manage and maintain CEOs schedule, appointments and meetings
  • Organising extensive and complex travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations
  • File and retrieve documents and reference materials
  • Prepare reports and documents
  • Arrange and co-ordinate meetings including board meetings and board calls
  • Attend, record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
  • Assist with any other administration duties for senior executives inclusive of travel bookings and visa applications
  • Manage the day to day running of the office
  • Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
