Executive Assistant - Investor Relations - £55,000K plus super bens


We have an amazing opportunity for a candidate to join a wonderful boutique finance house in luxurious offices in the West End. Based 5 days on site and working 9-6 with a little flexiblity.

We are looking for candidates who ideally come from a private equity background and are currently supporting in investor relations,

This is a key hire for the business and we are seeking a robust, hardworking EA who is really hands on and who enjoys investor relations and providing EA support to their stakeholder on a 1:1 basis.

There is every chance to get involved as a true Business Assistant, adding value and assisting with conference arranging, dinners and liaising with clients.


You must handle all the general admin associated with working for a busy professional, including extensive travel arranging and diary management and ideally have a keen interest in their role and goals.


We are looking for someone who has an excellent attention to detail and is utterly confidential, due to the nature of this post. You should be able to build superb relationships within the business both internally and externally, be highly anticipatory and hardworking and relish being part of a really capable team of EA's in an outstanding boutique environment.

What you will do:

  • Maintenance and management of calendars utilizing Microsoft Outlook
  • Scheduling appointments and heavy calendar management; manage a busy and ever-changing calendar, and prioritize appointments
  • Arrange international and domestic travel for executives including flights, hotels, car rentals, and car services
  • Process expense reports in compliance with firm travel policies
  • Preparation of all necessary meeting materials including presentations, agendas and any other required documents
  • Coordination of internal and external meetings to include room reservation, equipment set-up, catering, and meeting material preparation
  • General administrative support including creating, maintaining, and editing documents, spreadsheets and presentations
  • Act as gatekeeper and primary point of contact between executives, managers, callers and visitors, as required
  • Other administrative duties as required.
  • Events coordination including arranging private dining dinners, drinks receptions and other fundraising related functions
  • Extensive use of salesforce - updating and creating contacts and firms, resolving interactions, running reports and creating campaigns
  • Keeping abreast of up-to-date marketing material for business lines and distributing them accordingly
  • Liaise seamlessly with other EA's across the business to arrange meetings with existing and potential LP's
  • Investor conference coordination
  • Ad hoc personal support


What you bring:

  • Investor Relations EA background
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • A high degree of professionalism, initiative, and independence; excellent professional demeanour with the ability to work with a wide range of levels and management
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi-task, shift direction easily and prioritize
  • Excellent time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Solutions oriented; resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented
