Executive Assistant - City - £40,000 - £43,000

We are looking for a really super EA who is warm and engaging and has fantastic skills to support at C-Suite level. Ideally you will come from an investment banking or finance background and be wanting to work in an amazing environment, providing a super secretarial service.

Based in superb offices in the City, we are looking for a credible EA who ideally comes from a finance background although this is by no means essential. 9.00 - 5.30 with flex.

Its a wonderful opportunity to work for four at Board level and provide key support to an Exec Committee.

The role involves extensive diary management and you should be able to multitask and prioritise.

Duties include: Identify priorities for attention, responding to or forwarding on as appropriate  Facilitating effective business relationships between the Executive team and external parties  Perform extensive diary management - scheduling meetings and establishing priorities to ensure smooth and efficient running of daily schedules  Ensure Executive team are ready for all meetings ensuring papers are in order and all schedules confirmed  Provide support to committee meetings, including developing agendas, taking accurate notes (where necessary) and actions as well as preparing meeting packs. Pro-actively gather relevant information to ensure Executive team are able to progress key pieces of work and briefed for meetings  Co-ordinate support for the Executive Committee member 1-1 meetings of their direct reports, performance and development discussions and other catch-ups  Identify potential efficiencies in all areas of work and implement or raise with others as appropriate  Answer incoming phone calls to the required standard, giving callers an excellent first impression of the firm. Undertake any other work deemed appropriate by your line manager 

Excellent technical skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint  The ability to multitask and ability to manage multiple priorities logistically  Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work well under pressure  Excellent written and oral communication skills  Solid planning/organisational and interpersonal skills  Ability to process new tasks quickly and effectively  Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times  Ability to meet deadlines with high levels of accuracy  Ability to use own initiative and work with minimal supervision
