EMEA Finance Transformation
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Support implementation of Oracle Fusion
* Partner with financial, business subject matter experts, other analysts and developers to ensure requirements are captured appropriately and solutions implemented adequately to address the business needs
* Have a global mindset ensuring both local and global requirements are factored into design
* Actively seek opportunities to improve processes, systems, outcomes and capabilities, challenging the design of strategic and operational processes within the EMEA Finance team
* Support data management and remediation initiatives
* Support business readiness activity and user acceptance testing as required SKILLS and
REQUIREMENTS
* Knowledge of and experience in implementing Oracle Fusion including design of chart of accounts and reporting
* Change management experience including working in Agile within finance teams
* Knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP
* Experience in the design and implementation of data architecture and management
* Experience in process and control improvement and optimisation within finance
* Ability to interpret technical language and provide the linkage between finance and IT teams
* Strong analytical skills, problem identification and solver
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously * Good understanding of UK commercial banking and products
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio LOCATION London, England.
