Customer Services - Redhill location
A wonderful client of ours - global insurance firm - are seeking extremely enthusiastic individuals to join their growing Contact Centre to help with the large volume of incoming calls, emails and web chat messages. They are currently recruiting on a temp to perm basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to gain customer service experience or enhance their experience. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls
- Making necessary outbound calls and responding to voice-mails
- Responding to web chats in a timely fashion
- Responding to emails
- Clearly document any discussions on the system
- Providing an exceptional level customer service
- Adapting to different caller scenarios and challenges
- Providing a positive and friendly service
Skills and Experience:
- Good communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure if necessary
- Ability to naturally solve problems
- Good time management
- Provide exceptional customer service from start to finish
