Customer Services - Redhill location

A wonderful client of ours - global insurance firm - are seeking extremely enthusiastic individuals to join their growing Contact Centre to help with the large volume of incoming calls, emails and web chat messages. They are currently recruiting on a temp to perm basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to gain customer service experience or enhance their experience. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound calls
  • Making necessary outbound calls and responding to voice-mails
  • Responding to web chats in a timely fashion
  • Responding to emails
  • Clearly document any discussions on the system
  • Providing an exceptional level customer service
  • Adapting to different caller scenarios and challenges
  • Providing a positive and friendly service

Skills and Experience:

  • Good communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure if necessary
  • Ability to naturally solve problems
  • Good time management
  • Provide exceptional customer service from start to finish
