LMA Recruitment are currently working along side a fantastic global organisation who are currently seeking a Corporate Receptionist based in Leeds. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a professional and organised approach to the role, have keen eye for detail and a strong customer focus. Knowledge of health and safety regulations, including; Fire, First Aid etc, is heavily preferred. The hours of this position rotate on a shift basis, either 7:30am - 4:00pm or 9:30 - 6:00pm.

Your key duties include:

  • Welcome all visitors on arrival at the reception desk
  • Liaise with team members and other service departments
  • Maintain and organise 9 meeting rooms within the office
  • Ensure all audio visual equipment is up to standard and provide support when required
  • Maintain appropriate stationery stocks in the reception area
