An excellent opportunity has come about to work for a global insurance firm as a Contact Centre Representative. They are seeking extremely enthusiastic individuals to join their growing Contact Centre to help with the large volume of incoming calls, emails and web chat messages. They are currently recruiting on a temp to perm basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to gain customer service experience or enhance their experience. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls
- Making necessary outbound calls and responding to voicemails
- Responding to web chats in a timely fashion
- Responding to emails
- Clearly document any discussions on the system
- Providing an exceptional level customer service
- Adapting to different caller scenarios and challenges
- Providing a positive and friendly service
Skills and Experience:
- Good communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure if necessary
- Ability to naturally solve problems
- Good time management
- Provide exceptional customer service from start to finish
- Happy to work independently to meet targets and also work as a team to meet department targets
