LMA Recruitment's client is a leading Insurance company, looking for a Compliance Administrator to provide general administrative support to the Compliance Function.

Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Administering the Company's register of policies and procedures, providing timely reminders to process owners of the need to update documentation
  • Supporting the operation of the Company's complaints process
  • Working with the Compliance Officer to ensure that all complaints are recorded and the audit trail of decisions and records is in good order
  • Maintaining records of sanctions screening enquiries, exception reporting, and other compliance processes and operations
  • Arranging and diarizing meetings of management committees and other meetings across the business
  • Taking minutes of meetings and tracking and communicating action points arising
  • Providing diary and meeting support to the Risk and Compliance Director

Requirements for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Strong written and oral communications skills
  • Proficiency in the preparation of meeting minutes and other records
  • Experience with records systems and portals, such as SharePoint and Diligent
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Acrobat to assist in the preparation of materials, presentations, and other documents
