This organisation have been transforming their HR function and have made significant investment in the global People strategy.

You will report directly into the Head of Reward and will be responsible for shaping of Reward plans in line with the business objectives.

The Reward Strategy is currently going through a transition, reviewing Compensation plans, Incentives and building a fit for purpose and engaging Benefits offering.

There is a huge opportunity to join the team and be part of this change, helping the team define and improve processes and integrate new HR technology to improve the Cyclical Reward procedures. There will also be opportunity to partake in a number of broad based projects across both Comp and Benefits , helping the business to attract and retain quality talent and creating a high quality service to the business.

This role would be a great fit for a Reward professional who enjoys a broad and diverse role, who enjoys working in a small close knit team and helping to drive positive change.
