An opportunity to join a Global Financial Services organisation as a Compensation Analyst on a permanent basis. The Compensation Analyst will contribute to global projects supporting the global regulatory compensation team.

You will develop and maintain the databases which will include regular interaction with various data owners and regulatory reporting analytics. Support the global regulatory compensation team with the planing and execution of processes and deliveries including the tracking of new remuneration guidelines and progress to respond to new requirements. Translate data analytics into tangible data, preparing presentations, reports and documents for various meetings with HR Business Partners and Line Managers.

You will have specialised in a regulatory compensation role or have experience of specialising in compensation within a regulatory environment with an awareness of regulatory processes. Must be able to demonstrate excellent analytical skills within a fast paced environment maintaining a high level of attention to detail, excellent Excel and Power Point experience.
