LMA is delighted to be partnering with a well known Tech business in the London area to recruit a Reward Analyst for a 12 month contract.

The Reward Analyst will provide analytical support the team and will play a key role in an upcoming grading and bench marking project. The role will be actively involved in all areas of compensationm working collaboratively within the reward team to add support to all the reward sector.

This is a really exciting time for the business from a HR perspective, my client is redefining Reward practices and investing heavily in Reward data to provide a more Robust and market competitive total Reward package

This will also enable the Reward function to become a strategic partner and trusted to the wider HR function and business.

If you have experience working in a fast paced and changing environment and have experience of Radford job evaluation and bench marking then you could play a key role in this project.
