My client, a large financial services organisation, are seeking an outstanding Company Secretarial Assistant to support a small close-knit team, in a busy working environment.

This fantastic role offers longevity, scope for progression and would appeal to individuals who are looking to gain exposure across all areas of a company secretarial role.

The ideal candidate will have had experience within a corporate/office environment and have a minimum of 1 years' experience in an office support role.

You will be a pro-active team player, demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and exhibit an enthusiastic and positive outlook. You will have the ability to work under pressure and juggle a multitude of tasks.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Preparation (under initial guidance) of certain statutory documentation/forms as required, including confirmation statements, change of directors details, appointments and resignations at Companies House
  • Assisting with the maintenance of statutory records for existing companies, including the
  • Preparation of statutory records for newly incorporated companies
  • Helping to maintain the diary system
  • Assisting with the development of the annual meetings calendar and co-ordinating with group entities
  • Carrying out online company searches from requests received
  • Reviewing monthly invoices from Companies House and other service providers and preparing for approval and payment.
  • Preparation of Board Packs

Internal Administration:

  • Management of the Company Secretarial Inbox
  • Assisting with the general filing requirements for the team
  • Maintaining system files to ensure good order/structure
