LMA is currently working with a Global Financial Services company in London to recruit a Change Training Manager.

The Change Training Manager will be responsible for designing, leading and running the training sessions and communications ,creating awareness and engagement of the change initiatives happening across the business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working with key stakeholders, including Change Management, Product, Sales, Finance, Risk and Compliance and Fraud, Operations and Marketing, to assess current knowledge gaps and capability across EMEA
  • Identifying and capturing all training requirements specific to change initiatives both Global and EMEA led and product and service propositions.
  • Developing and embedding a training and education strategy, including sequencing and prioritisation of activities working in conjunction with the Change COE as required
  • Building educational content, both internally produced and/or externally sourced ensuring it complies with risk management policies and within any allocated project budget.
  • Packaging and delivering training content through both digital and face-to-face channels
  • Measuring and monitoring the commercial impact of training program, including product and service penetration, average revenue per client, NPS and lifetime value of client
