Our client, an international Law firm, are looking for a Billings Coordinator to join their finance team.

Working within their large finance team this role reports into the Financial Operations Manager.

The Finance team is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the finances of the firm.

Many of their larger clients like them to submit our invoices electronically, and this role is key within that invoicing process. Ensuring the processes internally are ran smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Checking and updating client reports
  • Preparing credit notes and re-invoices
  • Maintaining PO numbers for invoicing
  • Acitioning request from the billings inbox
  • Analysing current procedures and collaborate with the manager to offer improvements
  • Building great relationships with our clients, attorneys within the firm and internal business support staff

They are looking for somebody with brilliant organisation and prioritisation skills - you will be juggling tasks daily and some have strict deadlines!

You must also have excellent attention to detail as well as written and verbal communication skills.

Strong excel / data manipulation skills is also essential, as well as as good GCSE and A Level's in Mathematics.

The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar billings role.
