Bilingual Interim In-House Recruiter (Italian & French)

My client, a leading global corporate firm is looking to hire an experienced in-house recruiter to join them on an interim basis during an exciting global resourcing project. The successful candidate MUST have fluent language skills in Italian and French as this is essential for the project.

To start ASAP this role will be for 3-6 months initially and require the candidate to be based in London as part of an international Recruitment function but be flexible to travel when required.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Working with in country HR stakeholders and Hiring Manager to identify hiring needs
  • Developing and maintaining candidate talent pools and pipelines
  • Managing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholder and suppliers
  • Taking a recruitment brief with the Hiring Manager and consulting to agree a recruitment plan
  • Using expertise to agree best practice sourcing methods and channels, selection process methods and selection plan, timescales, involvement of key stakeholders in the process, and incorporate any budgetary constraints
  • Ensuring that all necessary approvals to recruit are obtained
  • Testing validity and consistency of job descriptions at start of each recruitment process
  • Working with preferred recruitment suppliers and direct attraction channels to deliver a cost effective and efficient streamlined model

Ideally you will have proven in-house recruitment experience, however if you have the language skills the client may consider agency experience depending on what/where etc.

This role will be paying a day rate and is a great opportunity to join a high profile organisation working with a great team.
