Our client, a Business Services provider based in London are currently seeking an experienced Bid Manager to join their extremely busy Sales and Marketing department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the entirety of the Bid Management Process, inclusive of taking full responsibility for writing and delivering the sales profits and KPI's for the team. You will have experience of complete Bid Process Management from the initial stages to the final Tender presentation. The duties will include:

Full ownership of the Bid Process, with the ability to write outstanding bids and tenders

Development of content

Budget writing

Delivering proposals

Delivering effective and efficient governance of bid management

Schedule and manage all all major bid reviews

Responsible for the Bid Management across all business sectors

Working closely with the Sales lead

Recruiting, managing and training new team members

You will have minimum accreditation to the APMP Foundation Level, be ideally educated to degree level and have previous experience of managing the bid process for clients across both the Corporate and Public Sectors. You will also have experience of bid process for Soft FM. You will be a professional, structured and highly organised individual with excellent all round communication skills.
