FTC - Immediate start
European bank based in the City is looking for an Administrator with some HR admin experience to assist the Head of HR with day to day administration.
- Dealing with new starter and leaver process from contract through to induction including reference requests, starter letters and following the onboarding & off-boarding Group Process.
- Managing HR inbox and dealing with general queries.
- Administering and maintaining Right to Work checks and Visa requirements for all new employees and existing employees.
Skills & Experience
- Previous HR admin experience
- High level of attention to detail and urgency
- Highly IT literate and used to HR databases
- Capable of delivering a proactive and excellent level of service and building strong working relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast changing environment.
