A new opportunity is now available as an Administrator within a small asset finance company based in Surrey. You will be predominantly part of the small ticket sales team to support their day to day operations. This is a temp to perm opportunity!

As an Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring business & customer services follow up broker enquiries /settlement requests
  • Liaising with Asset Management to get Residual Value approvals
  • Monitoring of Customer due diligence checks and supplier approvals
  • Produce correspondence including assisting with mail shots, monthly rate card distribution
  • Ad hoc duties as and when required such as pipeline updates
  • Credit decision co-ordination
  • Loading proposals onto the system

The ideal Administrator must have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as a focus on providing excellent customer service to internal customers. A financial services background would be desired although it is not essential. This role requires an immediate start so please send your CV through today.
