Team Assistant / Administrator - Financial Services

Salary: £26-28,000

Our clients, a leading advisory firm, who are based in the heart of the City, are looking for a Team Assistant.

They are looking for a confident and proactive individual to support a team of senior individuals. The culture is down to earth and collaborative and would suit someone with previous experience in an Administrator / Co-ordination role, any exposure or interest within the finance sector would be advantageous too.

You role with be to effectively ensure their client database is up to date, all information is logged correctly and be the first point of contact for any queries internally and externally for the division.

Duties include:

  • Being the first point of contact for all clients calling into the department
  • Logging all client communications - calls, emails, letters
  • Producing and sending our mailers
  • Ensuring at all times that the CRM database is up to date and accurate with client information and contracts
  • Opening and distributing post for the team
  • Raising invoices
  • Processing ad-hoc payments In order to be considered for this role, previous Administrative experience is essential as well as good IT skills and a high level of attention to detail.They are looking for a friendly, professional and dedicated individual who is proactive and has a keen interest in working within an advisory / insolvency firm.
