A leading, City-based accountancy firm requires a bright, articulate and capable administrator to join their Private Wealth team for a period of 6 months.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with typing/formatting/corporate image check of letters/reports etc
  • Setting up new clients on contact and billing management system/personal tax software
  • Data input and amendments
  • Client identification management, including AML forms/OML forms
  • Production of letters of engagement
  • Support on travel arrangements for partners and diary management
  • Support with the mail merges required for the department such as PFI and Christmas cards
  • Support with organising client events, dinners etc
  • Opening and distribution of incoming post
  • Answering telephones

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative role within a corporate environment is essential.
  • Client facing experience would be desirable.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with all levels of people.
  • Professional, confidential and trustworthy.
  • Confident and able to use initiative.
  • Good team player; friendly, enthusiastic attitude to work and an adaptable approach.
  • Flexible, willing to get involved at all levels with a strong commitment to position and group.
