About the Role
Our client is undergoing a major operational transition and is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support high-volume data, documentation, and process updates during a critical period. This is a hands-on, detail-heavy administrative role ideal for someone who has experience with order management, accounting support, AR/AP, billing, or general office administration.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys structured tasks, accuracy, and supporting cross-functional teams while keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities• Perform high-volume data entry across multiple systems and customer portals
• Upload, update, and maintain documentation tied to a global legal entity transition
• Support order management workflows, including record updates and document tracking
• Assist with basic accounting or AR/AP support as needed (coding, invoice checks, reconciliations)
• Maintain internal files, shared drives, and version-controlled documents
• Communicate with internal stakeholders across Finance, Deal Desk, Sales Ops, and Legal
• Help ensure all customer and system records reflect new company information
• Flag data inconsistencies and support process clean-up initiatives
• Provide administrative support to the broader operations team during a period of restructuring Ideal Background
• 1–3+ years in administrative support, order management, billing, accounting support, or similar roles
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and accuracy-driven work
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with customer portals, ERP, CRM, or document management systems
• Strong communication and ability to follow structured processes
• Prior experience in AP/AR, billing, document control, quality control, or bookkeeping is a plus
• Comfortable ramping quickly in a fast-changing environment
