We’re partnering with a growing, multi-office CPA firm to hire a full-time Tax Supervisor. You’ll lead complex engagements, mentor a solid team, and work directly with executives across a diverse client mix, from closely held businesses to larger enterprises. The partner group is engaged and invested in developing future leaders, with clear paths into specialty areas.

• Supervise and review federal and state returns and supporting workpapers

• Plan and schedule engagements and manage budgets and timelines

• Build and maintain client relationships and surface new opportunities

• Tackle research and special projects and present practical recommendations

• Train and guide staff while upholding firm and professional standards

• Keep current on technical topics within your areas of specialization

• Bachelor’s in Accounting

• CPA preferred (or active progress toward it)

• 5 plus years in public accounting with increasing tax responsibility

• Strong communication skills and comfort managing multiple engagements

• Working knowledge of accounting principles and tax research

• Proficiency with common tax and productivity tools (e.g., QuickBooks, CCH/ProSystem, Excel)
