We’re partnering with a growing, multi-office CPA firm to hire a full-time Tax Principal or Senior Tax Manager. You’ll lead complex engagements, mentor a high-performing team, and work directly with executives across a diverse client base that includes public and privately held companies.

• Lead and review complex federal and state returns and supporting workpapers

• Scope, plan, and schedule engagements and manage budgets and production goals

• Advise clients on planning, research, and special projects

• Develop and maintain client relationships and identify new opportunities

• Coach and develop staff and seniors and uphold firm and professional standards

• Stay current on technical topics within your areas of specialization

• Bachelor’s in Accounting

• Active CPA

• 10 plus years in public accounting with progressive tax leadership

• Strong communicator who can juggle multiple engagements and deadlines

• Solid grounding in accounting principles and tax research

• Proficiency with leading tax and productivity tools
