Job Title: Sr. Analyst, 340B Contract Operations
Location: Remote
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm EST. Training - Mon-Fri 10:30am-4:30pm EST for 2 weeks
Contract Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate new and existing 340B program contracts and amendments in collaboration with internal teams including Legal, Sales, Account Management, and Implementations.
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle—from request intake to execution—ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards.
  • Review client redlines, coordinate with subject matter experts, and prepare appropriate responses for revisions and approvals.
  • Facilitate signature-ready agreements and ensure timely completion through follow-up and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain contract records and documentation using contract lifecycle management software and workflow systems.
  • Moderate internal Legal or business calls to resolve contract-related issues and support decision-making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes, resolve issues, and ensure consistent contract compliance within the 340B program.
  • Perform contract operations activities and administrative support tasks as assigned to ensure operational efficiency.
Required Skills:
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in contract management, contract operations, or negotiations (3–5 years preferred).
  • Proficiency with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong understanding of 340B programs or prior experience in a healthcare or legal environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work autonomously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
