Senior Growth Marketing Manager – Direct Mail
Location: Austin, TX (Onsite) | Full-Time
Our client, a fast-growing startup based in Austin, is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager
to lead one of their most impactful acquisition channels - Direct Mail. This is a high-visibility, high-impact individual contributor role reporting directly to the VP of Growth & Marketing.
This role is ideal for a creative and analytical marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited to integrate AI into marketing workflows to scale growth efficiently and intelligently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and scale the Direct Mail channel end-to-end, including strategy, execution, testing, and optimization
- Integrate AI tools to improve targeting, creative development, and reporting
- Analyze performance data to surface insights, generate hypotheses, and guide improvements
- Design and execute A/B tests across messaging, creative, audience targeting, and offers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data, Design, and broader Marketing
- Manage external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality execution
- Lead quarterly planning and present performance updates to leadership
- Document learnings and contribute to continuous improvement across the team
- 5+ years of performance marketing experience, with a proven track record scaling Direct Mail
- Strong analytical and strategic skills with hands-on execution ability
- Experience using experimentation and data-driven insights to drive measurable growth
- Familiarity with AI tools or a strong interest in applying them to marketing processes
- Creative intuition with a clear understanding of what drives engagement and conversions
- Ability to manage vendors and work effectively across teams
- Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment
This is a fully onsite role based in Austin, TX
