This role leads growth initiatives across customer acquisition, engagement, and asset expansion by designing and executing impact‑driven programs, campaigns, and experiential initiatives. The position plays a key role in translating business growth objectives into measurable market outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Planning
- Shape and deliver a structured growth plan aligned with the organization’s broader commercial objectives
- Analyze data and insights to identify priority customer segments, growth levers, and effective engagement channels across digital and physical touchpoints
- Convert strategic targets into actionable quarterly plans with clearly defined success metrics, timelines, and resource requirements
- Oversee follow‑up and conversion activities after campaigns or events, ensuring lead quality, tracking, and stakeholder alignment
- Propose and pilot new engagement formats or activation concepts to enhance customer experience and growth effectiveness
- Lead cross‑functional teams and agency partners, ensuring timely execution, quality delivery, and consistent customer experience
Customer Acquisition & Conversion
- Design and manage go‑to‑market initiatives to support new customer acquisition and market penetration
- Build tailored conversion programs to strengthen engagement with existing customers and increase share of wallet
- Develop initiatives that expand new asset inflows and support market share growth
- Establish strategic partnerships to unlock alternative lead generation channels
- Drive acquisition, activation of underserved segments, and long‑term customer retention
- Collaborate closely with internal and external partners to ensure seamless funnel progression and outcome‑driven execution
Events & Customer Experience Enablement
- Deliver engaging, well‑designed customer experiences through targeted campaigns and curated events
- Manage end‑to‑end event execution, including concept development, content coordination, logistics, budgeting, on‑site quality control, and post‑event engagement
Performance, Insights & Governance
- Build tracking frameworks and dashboards to monitor campaign, event, and pipeline effectiveness
- Manage budgets and evaluate performance metrics such as ROI, cost per acquisition, conversion efficiency, audience quality, and channel productivity
- Translate data into actionable insights to inform leadership decisions and identify optimization opportunities
- Continuously refine targeting strategies, creative approaches, channel mix, and onboarding journeys based on performance analysis
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support evolving business priorities; regional travel may be required.
Required Skills & Experience:
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline
- 8–12 years of experience in growth, marketing, sales, or business development, ideally within a regulated or complex services environment
- Strong understanding of customer decision journeys, product dynamics, distribution models, and sales enablement processes

- Highly analytical, with hands‑on experience in performance measurement and campaign optimization
- Proven ability to manage and influence diverse stakeholders across multiple functions and partners
