We’re seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior FP&A Analyst to join a growing finance team supporting multiple business units. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in financial modeling, reporting, and analysis and who enjoys partnering with leaders to drive smarter decisions.

As part of the FP&A team, you’ll have ownership of critical reporting cycles, expense-side P&L analysis, and budgeting processes across a portfolio of business lines. You’ll also play a key role in shaping how financial insights are delivered as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly and quarterly reporting cycles with a focus on expense-side P&L management.

  • Build and maintain detailed financial models that support budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.

  • Partner with functional leaders (marketing, operations, etc.) to deliver actionable insights and ensure financial accountability.

  • Support headcount planning and reporting for business partners.

  • Collaborate on reporting automation and improvements, including Power BI initiatives.

  • Drive accuracy, efficiency, and clarity in financial reporting processes.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

  • 2+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience (industry open; SaaS/tech is a plus).

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; ERP or BI tool exposure preferred (Planful, Power BI, Alteryx, etc.).

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across business functions.

  • Problem-solving mindset, curious, resourceful, and comfortable working independently.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $95,000 – $105,000 annually
