We’re seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior FP&A Analyst to join a growing finance team supporting multiple business units. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in financial modeling, reporting, and analysis and who enjoys partnering with leaders to drive smarter decisions.
As part of the FP&A team, you’ll have ownership of critical reporting cycles, expense-side P&L analysis, and budgeting processes across a portfolio of business lines. You’ll also play a key role in shaping how financial insights are delivered as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities

Lead monthly and quarterly reporting cycles with a focus on expense-side P&L management.

Build and maintain detailed financial models that support budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.

Partner with functional leaders (marketing, operations, etc.) to deliver actionable insights and ensure financial accountability.

Support headcount planning and reporting for business partners.

Collaborate on reporting automation and improvements, including Power BI initiatives.

Drive accuracy, efficiency, and clarity in financial reporting processes.
What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

2+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience (industry open; SaaS/tech is a plus).

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; ERP or BI tool exposure preferred (Planful, Power BI, Alteryx, etc.).

Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across business functions.

Problem-solving mindset, curious, resourceful, and comfortable working independently.

Salary range: $95,000 – $105,000 annually
