This is a high-impact role for someone with deep experience in financial modeling, planning, and analysis—especially in tech or SaaS environments.

You’ll partner directly with product and business leaders to ensure financial clarity, accuracy, and alignment with broader strategic goals. From building budgets and forecasts to conducting ad hoc reporting and driving process improvements, your work will be critical in enabling smarter, faster decisions as the organization scales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a strategic liaison between finance and product leadership, ensuring accurate forecasting and actionable financial insights.

  • Build and manage detailed financial models that drive full P&L ownership for multiple product lines.

  • Develop a deep understanding of KPIs, business drivers, and performance trends to support decision-making and executive reporting.

  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning efforts in collaboration with senior leaders.

  • Own monthly and quarterly variance analysis and headcount reporting.

  • Continuously optimize FP&A processes and reporting structures for scalability and accuracy.

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A or related finance roles.

  • Strong preference for candidates with senior-level FP&A experience in SaaS, tech, or recurring-revenue models.

  • Proven experience partnering cross-functionally with product or business unit leaders.

  • Proficiency with financial systems and tools (Excel, SQL, NetSuite, Tableau, etc.).

  • Exceptional analytical, modeling, and communication skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Salary range: $100,000 – $120,000 annually (based on experience, location, and fit).

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.

  • 401(k) with 100% company match.

  • 6 weeks paid parental leave.

  • Flexible PTO and 10+ paid holidays.

  • Short- and long-term disability (100% employer-paid).

  • Inclusive, diverse culture with strong mentorship and career growth opportunities.
