- Performs specialized clerical tasks for the Office of Financial Affairs (OFA).
- Grant Services Unit (GSU) requiring use of multiple computations, cross referencing data & variety of other procedures: gathers and organizes grant data & information; files and updates grant applications in Federal Grants log; as assigned, generates templated, statistical reports using Ohio Administrative Knowledge System (OAKS), and COGNOS.
Skills in:
- Word processing (e.g., Microsoft Word), equipment operations (e.g., personal computer with spreadsheet [e.g., Excel], state/agency software/systems [e.g., OAKS, COGNOS], calculator).
Ability to:
- Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusion, prepare meaningful, concise and accurate reports, gather, collate & classify information about data, people or things, handle sensitive inquiries from and contacts with officials and general public.
