Position Summary
The Clinician Recruiter is responsible for designing and executing a high-volume recruitment strategy to rapidly scale the clinical workforce. This role requires full-cycle recruitment expertise, advanced ATS proficiency, and strong collaboration with Hiring Leaders, HRBPs, and the recruiting team. Success is defined by the ability to move candidates quickly, maintain flawless data integrity, optimize recruitment workflows, and deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience in a fast-paced healthcare hiring environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for clinical roles, including applicant review, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Develop and manage a proactive sourcing strategy to maintain a diverse, continuous pipeline of qualified clinician candidates.
- Use advanced ATS functionality to manage large pipelines, maintain real-time data accuracy, and improve workflow efficiency.
- Deliver a high-quality candidate and hiring leader experience with timely communication and strong market knowledge.
- Consistently meet aggressive recruiting metrics, including accelerated time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and positive survey outcomes.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically in high-volume clinical or healthcare environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), including reporting, workflow management, and data accuracy.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage high volumes of requisitions while maintaining accuracy, speed, and quality.
- Demonstrated ability to meet aggressive hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.

Education
