Position Summary:
The Recruiter (Recruiting Partner) plays a key role in supporting the clinician recruiting team by ensuring an efficient, accurate, and high-quality candidate experience from application through hire. This role is responsible for managing candidate follow-up, optimizing Applicant Tracking System (ATS) workflows, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining timely candidate progression through the pipeline. The Recruiting Partner also supports the recruiting strategy by assisting with applicant review, candidate outreach, and portions of the offer process as needed. Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail are critical for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:-
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout various hiring stages and ensure timely, consistent communication.

Manage all ATS workflows, including status updates, interview coordination support, communication templates, and offer preparation assistance.

Ensure candidate records, activity, and communication logs are accurately and promptly entered into the ATS.

Monitor candidate pipeline activity, identify bottlenecks, and communicate delays to Recruiters and Hiring Leaders.

Support recruiters by reviewing applicants, conducting initial outreach or screening, and assisting with portions of the offer process.

Maintain effective communication with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and HRBPs regarding candidate statuses and workflow issues.

Contribute to recruiting metrics by supporting improvements in candidate cycle time, data accuracy, and candidate experience scores.

Handle sensitive candidate and business information with a high level of confidentiality.

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Workday experience preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to maintain consistent follow-up.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle a high volume of candidate activity.

High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and workflow management.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring timely candidate progression.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard business tools.

Ability to collaborate effectively with Recruiters, Hiring Leaders, and HR Business Partners.

Strong problem-solving abilities to identify workflow gaps and address issues proactively.

Background in healthcare recruiting or staffing.

Ability to support full-cycle recruiting when needed.

Experience maintaining and improving candidate experience processes.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
