Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced Property Manager in Northeast Austin  to oversee the daily operations of our property/properties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of property management practices, and a passion for providing exceptional tenant experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties

• Collect rent and enforce lease agreements

• Coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolutions

• Screen and manage tenant applications, leases, renewals, and move-ins/move-outs

• Maintain property budgets and financial records

• Conduct regular property inspections

• Address tenant concerns and resolve conflicts professionally

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

• Work closely with vendors, contractors, and other service providers

• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a property manager or similar role

• Knowledge of property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi)

• Strong understanding of landlord-tenant laws and property regulations

• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Property Management Certification (e.g., CAM, CPM, ARM) is a plus

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
