Duties and Responsibilities:
- Under the supervision and direction of the Vocational Rehabilitation Administrator and Assistant Administrator/Operations:
- Provide program support to the Vocational Rehabilitation Program/Regions.
- Maintain required Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA) post-exit reporting, data gathering, and data entry into the electronic case management system.
- Ensure completion of post-exit quarterly case documentation for WIOA/Rehabilitation Services Administration reporting on closed VR cases.
- Obtain required data through contact with VR clients, VR Counselor, and ECMS System Analyst.
- Maintain quality assurance of reportable wage data.
- Alert Social Security Ticket to Work staff of cases meeting Substantial Gainful Activity.
- Provide support to the Data Collection Quality Control Specialist and Program/System Analyst in verifying multiple data elements necessary for accurate RSA reporting and compliance.
- Generate and disseminate reports as assigned.
- Assist with Work Opportunity Tax Credit reporting to the Department of Labor and other requesting entities.
- Attend and participate in meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree preferred with demonstrated competence in the human services field.
- Experience may be gained through employment in a responsible position in a health, social services, financial, or general business setting.
- Any combination of education and experience that shall be substantially equivalent to the above education and experience.
- Computer competencies in Microsoft Office.
