Location: Cranston, RI 02920 ( Hybrid- 3 days in office, 2 days remote )
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (35 hours per week)
Contract Duration: 3.5 Years
Key Responsibilities:

Support the implementation of Section 5121 of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2023, funded by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) under the “State Grants to Promote Continuity of Care Following Incarceration” initiative.

Coordinate all grant-related activities and act as the primary point of contact for staff at EOHHS, RI Department of Corrections (RIDOC), and RI Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF), as well as external contractors.

Serve as the Medicaid reentry services subject matter expert (SME) for internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure full alignment with CMS guidance for all Medicaid reentry authorities, including Section 5121 and future reentry-related Medicaid programs.

Provide project management oversight for key tasks and objectives related to the implementation of Section 5121 and other Medicaid reentry initiatives.

Collaborate with EOHHS and RIDOC to track grant activities, processes, deliverables, and outcomes.

Convene and coordinate meetings of the Community Advisory Group to support ongoing collaboration and communication.
Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

3–5 years of experience in project management and/or public administration.
Preferred Skills:

Experience working with correctional facilities or justice-involved populations.

Experience working with Medicaid programs or healthcare policy implementation.
