Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Hours per Week: 35 hours
Contract: 15 months
Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple projects within the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) program, ensuring strategic and operational goals are met.

Define project scopes, set objectives, and develop long- and short-term plans with clear milestones and deadlines.

Identify and manage necessary project resources in alignment with the RACI model.

Create project schedules, delegate tasks, and monitor progress against deadlines.

Proactively identify and escalate risks to the Program Director and develop mitigation strategies.

Maintain clear communication with the CCBHC State Interagency Team, providers, and stakeholders, providing timely updates and resolving issues.

Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.

Oversee daily project execution, monitor milestones, and address roadblocks.

Provide progress reports to stakeholders and ensure satisfaction.

Evaluate project outcomes and document results upon completion.

Proven project management experience; healthcare experience preferred.

Strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate diverse teams.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

Advanced problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and complex project details.

Flexibility and adaptability to handle changes in scope, schedule, or resources.

Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree

Hybrid position: must be onsite at least 1 day per week and as requested by the supervisor (e.g., for team meetings or stakeholder events).

Reports directly to the CCBHC Program Director.
