Position Summary:
Reporting to the OHA Chief Program Development and working closely with unit directors, the No Wrong Door (NWD) Programs and Systems Analyst supports statewide NWD efforts focused primarily on the Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) and other OHA programs. The position is responsible for oversight, data analysis, process improvement, training coordination, and interagency collaboration to support Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) modernization and NWD implementation.
Knowledge:
- No Wrong Door (NWD) framework and Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) functions
- Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) system and services
- Data collection, analytics, reporting, and dashboard development
- State and federal public programs including Medicare, Medicaid, and community services
- Program management, quality assurance, and continuous process improvement
- Interagency coordination and stakeholder collaboration
- Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) principles
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Proficient in data analysis and use of analytics tools
- Effective communication and training development abilities
- Ability to standardize and streamline business processes
- Coordination and liaison with multiple agencies and vendors
- Ability to develop reports and data-driven recommendations
- Competence in managing multiple projects independently and as part of a team
- Conduct oversight and monitor Scope of Work (SOW) compliance
- Analyze complex data to identify trends and program needs
- Develop and implement data collection and reporting tools

Position Requirements:
- Experience implementing or managing data systems and analytics
- Strong understanding of public and private LTSS services
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and exercise sound judgment
- Demonstrated commitment to DEIA in programming and communications
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
