- Develop and document optimized workflow procedures and guidelines.

- Design and implement workflow automation solutions to streamline operations.
- Monitor and track the performance of implemented workflows to measure success.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on workflow analysis findings and recommendations.
- Provide training and support to staff on new workflow procedures and tools.
- Resolve workflow-related issues and troubleshoot problems as they arise.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in workflow analysis or process improvement roles.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Experience with workflow automation solutions and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
