Job Title: Program Coordinator-Facilitator

Contract Duration: 3 months
Hours/Week : 20hr/week (Possibility to extend)
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the MBECO Administrator, agency, or division by relieving them of complex duties related to DBE application review and program oversight.
- Analyze, review, and process application submissions for Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs).
- Conduct site visits and interviews as part of the application verification process.
- Review application documentation, including payroll records, personal and business federal tax returns, cash disbursement journals, and stock certificates.
- Evaluate DBE, MBE, WBE, and VBE participation in procurement activities.
- Identify issues or discrepancies and respond quickly to resolve investigation-related problems.
- Use and maintain photographic equipment during field service activities.
- Prepare reports for submission to the Federal Highway Administration and other state or federal entities.
- Prepare reports for the Administrator outlining identified issues and recommended solutions.
- Monitor compliance across all MBECO programs, including Minority, Women, and Veteran Business Enterprises.
- Assist in preparing reports for the Associate Director, Director’s Office, or assigned agencies regarding violations of U.S. Department of Transportation or state regulations, policies, and procedures.
