• Design and build core frameworks that power autopilot system execution

• Collaborate with engineering teams to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions

• Play a key role in improving system performance, safety, and reliability

• Establish best practices that directly impact product quality

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement frameworks for executing autopilot code

• Develop high-performance systems and monitor overall platform performance

• Ensure data consistency and reproducibility for algorithm evaluation

• Build tools and infrastructure to debug and analyze system issues

• Create and automate testing pipelines for continuous validation

• Write clean, maintainable code and produce clear technical documentation

Qualifications

• Strong experience with modern C++ and high-performance systems

• Proven ability to design and build complex systems

• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on trade-offs and outcomes

• Willingness to work onsite in the office 5 days a week 

Nice to Have

• Experience with Python for non-critical systems

• Familiarity with Bazel build systems
