Position Summary
We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager with strong experience in retail, digital, and consumer-facing marketing programs. In this hybrid role, you’ll support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns for key retail seasons (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Summer, Holidays) at a major national retailer.
You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and agency partners to manage campaign timelines, creative development, and go-to-market plans across digital, print, email, social, SMS, and more.
Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day management of marketing campaigns for seasonal and holiday retail initiatives

Coordinate with internal teams and ad agencies on campaign briefs and project timelines

Oversee creative reviews, approvals, and asset delivery schedules

Own the creation of Go-to-Market plans and post-launch recaps

Manage a master product list and act as the point of contact for cross-functional teams

Support execution across paid and owned channels (digital, direct mail, social, email, SMS)

Stay informed on seasonal merchandise, target audiences, and competitive trends

Champion collaboration and proactive communication to drive alignment across stakeholders
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2C or retail marketing

2+ years of experience in direct-to-consumer marketing (e.g., email, SMS, digital, affiliate, influencer)

Integrated campaign experience across both paid and owned media

Strong understanding of digital marketing production processes and timelines

Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills

Clear and confident communication across teams and leadership levels

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Highly detail-oriented with ability to zoom out and focus on the bigger picture
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in or with large matrixed organizations or agencies

Familiarity with retail loyalty programs or customer insights

MBA or recent business school graduate strongly preferred
