Marketing Analytics Lead
Our client, based in Austin, Texas, is looking for a Marketing Analytics Lead to join their growing team! Key Responsibilities:-
Lead and grow a small team of Marketing Analysts; foster a collaborative and innovative culture.

Serve as a strategic partner to Marketing leadership and part of the Analytics leadership team.

Guide tactical and strategic marketing decisions through data insights.

Own the marketing data and analytics roadmap, including infrastructure and capability investments.

Conduct ad-hoc analyses, build dashboards, and generate insights to inform marketing strategy.

Develop key marketing analytics capabilities such as attribution, LTV forecasting, and incrementality testing.

Drive a culture of data-informed decision-making across the Marketing organization.

Manage and lead cross-functional projects with long-term business impact.

8+ years of experience in Analytics or related fields.

3+ years of hands-on experience in Marketing Analytics, preferably in SaaS.

2+ years of management experience.

Strong stakeholder management, including experience partnering with senior leadership.

Proficiency in SQL and BI tools; knowledge of Python, R, or Git is a plus.

Experience with statistical and causal inference methods.

Familiarity with marketing technology and collaboration with engineering teams.

Excellent communication and people management skills.

Experience in SaaS or scaling environments is a plus.
