Position Summary:
The Mail Processor II plays an integral role in the Health corporate mailroom, supporting high-volume mail and digital print production operations. This position involves working with large-format printers, inserter machines, and other production-class mail equipment to prepare, assemble, and distribute mail in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate large production-class digital printers and high-capacity inserter machines.
- Print, fold, insert, and apply postage to various mailings according to defined schedules and documentation.
- Verify print jobs against documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Perform quality checks and ensure mail meets internal and client-specific standards.
- Work on your feet for most of the shift and lift boxes of envelopes/paper weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Maintain accurate records of production and job completion.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet time-sensitive goals.
- Demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to daily operations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare or health plan credentialing, compliance, auditing, or quality assurance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
- Must be able to use VLOOKUPs, create formulas, filter, and add comments in Excel.
- Ability to manually input and analyze data (not copy-paste into pre-built sheets).
- Experience in data mining and interpreting audit findings.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Independent time management and productivity in a remote environment.
- MDStaff experience (preferred).
- Knowledge of NCQA compliance standards (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Experience in a mailroom or print production environment preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Adobe PDF.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on feet for extended periods.
- Strong multi-tasking and time management abilities in a fast-paced setting.
- Comfortable with repetitive physical tasks requiring manual dexterity.
- Must pass background and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability in meeting production deadlines.
- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required.
