Position Summary
This role supports the analysis, documentation, integration, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion financial systems. The candidate will assist with gathering business requirements, supporting system integrations, performing testing, and providing documentation and training to ensure smooth financial system operations. This is a contract-to-hire position with hybrid onsite requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements and workflows for Oracle Fusion financial systems.
- Document business processes to ensure clarity and alignment with business goals.
- Support integration of Oracle Fusion financial modules with other business systems.
- Analyze system integrations for modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Assist with system testing to ensure alignment between business needs and technical functionality.
- Provide data and insights to support financial system–related projects.
- Create documentation and training materials for end-users.
- Support change management by identifying process improvement opportunities.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support financial system projects.
- 1–2 years of experience in business analysis, financial systems, or related Oracle Fusion roles.
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion financial systems and key modules (GL, AP, AR, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and contribute to data-driven solutions.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with business and technical teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic work environment.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion or other cloud-based ERP solutions.
- Prior IT Business Analyst experience.
- Accounting experience or understanding of financial processes.
- Familiarity with system integration processes and testing methodologies.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in business analysis or financial systems roles.
- Background in Oracle Fusion financial modules strongly preferred.
- Additional accounting or IT-related education/experience is helpful.
