H.I.S. Tours Co., Ltd. is searching for an HR Manager, you will lead both the operational (HRM) and developmental (HRD) aspects to ensure organizational excellence.
· Strategic Talent Acquisition: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the company attracts and retains top-tier talent.
· Compensation & Benefits Management: Supervise company welfare programs, benefits administration, and the maintenance of all employment contracts.
· Learning & Organizational Development: Design and implement HRD initiatives, including annual training plans, employee engagement activities, and career development programs.
· Compliance & Policy Governance: Regularly review and update the Employee Handbook, internal rules, and regulations to ensure alignment with Thai labor laws for both local and expatriate staff.
· Onboarding & Integration: Manage the HR onboarding ecosystem, defining clear performance criteria and evaluation metrics for employees during their probationary period.
· Performance & Talent Management: Oversee the annual performance appraisal cycle and maintain the company’s grading and salary structure to ensure internal equity.
· Ethical Governance (Whistleblowing): Establish and manage the company’s Whistleblowing Procedure, providing a safe and confidential channel for employees to report misconduct.
