- Acting as the contact person between assigned providers or agencies and/or organizational personnel.
- Keep a current contact with the list the agencies or personnel representing the person, agency or organizations to ensure program development and implementations.
- Facilitating attendance to meetings and cooperation among people, agencies and organizations not currently engaged.
- Identifying any problems or barriers in the project implementation and communicate possibly solutions among the various groups.
- Collaborating and communicating with necessary constituents and the public; and Approving construction invoices and ensuring that contract deliverables are met.
- Ensuring that federal and state reporting procedures from the assigned agency/agencies to your organization are followed.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field utilizing project management skills.
- Preference will be given to individuals who have lived experience, as a person in long term recovery willing to work within our provider communities to enhance infrastructure needs.
- Bilingual communication a plus.
- Familiarity with the RI behavioral health system.
- Knowledge of RI statewide behavioral health system.
- Educated about RI’s SUD Residential Substance treatment services and Recovery Support service.
- Project and Contract Management Experience.
- Project management.
- Working to ensure contract compliance (invoicing).
- Procurement process and Master price agreement knowledge helpful.
